How to use
Diffusion:
Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Internal use:
Topical use:
Apply 1-2 drops to tired feet and legs for an energising boost. Dilute 1-2 drops with a carrier oil, and then apply to desired area. See additional precautions below.
