This kit includes four bottles of 15 ml oil:

• Balance (15 ml): The warm, woody aroma of Balance essential oil creates a sense of calm and well-being. Balance is a perfect blend of Spruce, Ho Wood, Frankincense, Blue Tansy and Blue Chamomile with Fractionated Coconut Oil to offer an enticing fragrance that promotes tranquility and relaxation. Balance is grounding, reassuring and consoling.
• Citrus Bliss (15 ml): Citrus Bliss combines the powerful essences of the citrus oils Wild Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, Mandarin, Bergamot, Tangerine, and Clementine with a hint of Vanilla Absolute. Citrus Bliss is energising, motivating and invigorating.
• Adaptiv (15 ml): Adaptiv calming blend has a Sweet, citrusy, floral scent. It combines the essential oils of wild Orange, Lavender, Copaiba, Spearmint, Magnolia, Rosemary, Neroli and Sweetgum. Lavender provides calming effects while Wild Orange uplifts. Keep Adaptiv on hand to help comfort you in new surroundings or situations.
• Serenity (15 ml): Serenity combines essential oils of Lavender, Cedarwood, Ho wood, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile and Vetiver renowned for their ability to lessen feelings of tension and calm emotions. Serenity is calming, reassuring and consoling.

How to use

• Aromatic use: Add three to four drops to the diffuser of choice.
• Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
