• My favourite way to relax and unwind is having a bath with essential oils. All you need is a few drops of Lavender essential oil to calm your mind & take your stress away. Here’s the recipe: Add 5 drops of Lavender to a spoonful of Sea-salt or Epsom-salt, add that to the water, soak in your bath and you will feel the tension leave your body within minutes.
• Or add a few drops of Lavender oil to your essential oil diffuser. The aroma will help you drift off after a long day and you'll feel like you’re in the dreamy lavender fields of France... Here’s the recipe: add 4-8 drops of lavender essential oil to a diffuser to spread the essential oil properties throughout the room and get the aromatic lavender aromatherapy benefits.
• Or apply a little to the temples and the back of the neck or bottoms of feet. It helps to relax the senses and help you drift off to a restful sleep.
