Rosemary has a refreshing, energising, herbal fragrance.

We all know Rosemary as an flavouring herb. The leaves are frequently used to flavour foods such as stuffings, pork, roast lamb, chicken, and turkey.

Rosemary is also frequently used in aromatherapy and massages.

Rosemary was considered sacred by the ancient Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and Hebrew cultures.

How to use Use

• For massage, combine 5 drops of Rosemary essential oil with 10 ml DōTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil
• For bath, mix 5 drops of Rosemary essential oil with 5 ml carrier oil.
• For perfuming, mix 1 drop of Rosemary essential oil to 10 drops carrier oil.
• Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
