Hi there !

How are you?

These are turbulent times for all of us.

So, I thought I'd check in on you.

I hope you are keeping well.

We are all human.

And as humans, when the 'shit hits the fan' we zap into survival mode.

And it's showing up in all sorts of ways.

Running to the store and loading-up our carts.

Afraid there won't be enough.

Now, I like a full pantry as much as the next person.

But we really took it to the next level here, don't you think ?

Some of us are going into 'fight' mode.

Social media is full of blame these days.

Conspiracy theories are rampant.

Pointing fingers at the Rich, the Chinese, the CEO's.

At Somebody else.

Others go into 'flight' -mode.

Social media has skyrocketed with 'nonsense' posts the last few weeks.

We are posting anything & everything & mindlessly re-posting it all.

A silly attempt to distract ourselves.

People are bending the rules, explaining them in ways to suit themselves best.

What's so hard to understand  about 'keeping 1.5 m distance', I wonder ?

"Surely they can't mean we're not allowed to go to the garden centre...all 5 of us?" 

We are filtering reality.

Trying to make it all disappear.

And that's all OK. 

We are human and we are on a learning curve. 

Adjusting as best we know how.

But, I don't think this basic 'survival behaviour' will get us anywhere in the long run.

And we can do so much better than this !

Don't you agree?

May I suggest a different approach ?

I say, we take leadership.

First of ourselves, and then we can serve others from there.

Find a balance between staying informed and creating inner peace,

Go within, 

Cut out the noise & rattle for a while.

Meditate, clear your head.

Polish up your values.

Re-fuel.

Find your inner strenght.

Decide your course.

And then lead from there.

Are you with me?

We can do this !

The world is still a Magical & Beautiful place.

And we humans are Magical & Beautiful beings.
