Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Topical use: Dilute 1 drop with a carrier oil and apply on bottom of feet or over sacral chakra (lower stomach). Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
